PARC BOAT RULES
GENERAL
● All State Boating and Water Safety Laws Apply
● These Parc Boating Rules are in addition to The Parc Rules and Regulations, Section VI,
Boat and Pier Use found HERE
● Wisconsin Boating Laws are available at https://widnr.widen.net/s/0vw8hwrae3
● 10 MPH from Dusk till Dawn
● SLOW-NO-WAKE area inside of buoys
● Be aware of shallow areas, drive with caution. Lake contour map on boat and the website
● Lac La Belle has many hazards. Damages are the responsibility of the owner.
Please report any damage immediately
● All owners must sign the waiver prior to reserving a boat
● Boats must be reserved either via the website or a conversation with Holly before they can be used!
BOAT DRIVER REQUIREMENTS
● No one under the age of 18 may operate a boat unless under the direct supervision of a Unit Owner
● As per Wisconsin State Law - anyone born on or after January 1, 1989 is required to complete a
boating safety course to legally operate a motorized boat or personal watercraft (PWC) on
Wisconsin waters
● A unit owner, immediate family member of a Unit Owner, or registered occupant
must be on the boat at all times
● No animals are permitted on the boats
KEYS
● Lock Boxes are located at lake level exit door of garage… lock code will be shared with residents

PERSONAL FLOTATION DEVICES
● A minimum of 8 adult life jackets are stored under the benches for emergencies,
you will need to have your own life jackets for children, water skiers, tubers, etc.
● It is the owners responsibility to be sure that every passenger has a life jacket available,
a few additional PFDs are located in the Parc storage area if needed
● A square throwable lifesaver is in the storage area under the steering wheel for emergencies
CONTACT INFORMATION

● Potential issues i.e.…
▪ Boat or Lift is not running or working properly
▪ You have accidentally damaged something
▪ Missing keys
MAINTENANCE
● The boats will be fueled prior to each use
● Homeowners are expected to clean up boat and empty trash after use
● Trash bags are available in the storage area under the steering wheel
BOAT RESERVATIONS
● A maximum of three (3) boat reservations may be made within the two week schedule
that is posted on the online website reservation system. Only one reservation per day, please!
● Each boat reservation will require a nominal boat reservation fee of $15
● The boat user fee will be calculated monthly and emailed to each owner
▪ This fee will be collected by Hunt Management and added to your monthly HOA fees
▪ The purpose of the fee is to assist with maintenance and fuel for the boats
● Please return in time to allow the next reservation to begin as scheduled!

REMEMBER…
There is no public access to The Parc pier. Guests on boats should park at city beach
For liability reasons, please take a photo of the boat prop before and after use. Any damage to the boat will be billed to the homeowner.
